1. Acceptance of Commercial Terms
These Terms of Sale and Service ("Terms") govern all purchases, purchase orders, quotations, and transactions initiated through seusventures.shop or directly with Seus Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an order, utilizing our online checkout portal, or submitting an authorized Purchase Order (PO), the purchaser ("Customer") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Product Specifications & Intended Use
All products distributed by Seus Ventures LLC, including laboratory glassware, liquid dispensing tools, seals, stoppers, and measurement instruments, are manufactured and calibrated for commercial, educational, formulation, and laboratory analytical applications. Customers are responsible for verifying that materials meet specific jurisdictional requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing
All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate procurement cards, and approved Net-30 purchase orders. Payment processing is facilitated via encrypted Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Orders are dispatched upon confirmation of successful card authorization or invoice issuance.
4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Freight Terms
Shipments are executed FOB Origin from our Wilmington, DE fulfillment center. Risk of loss and title transfer to Customer upon tender of goods to the commercial freight carrier (FedEx, UPS, Freight LTL). All orders exceeding $250.00 net value qualify for complimentary ground freight within the 48 contiguous United States.
5. 30-Day Return & Cancellation Policy
Customers may request return authorization for unopened, undamaged items in original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our support team. Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seus Ventures LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product handling, application, or shipment delays. Total liability shall not exceed the invoice purchase price of the specific goods giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
