Q1.What certifications accompany your borosilicate glassware?
All Seus Ventures glassware is fabricated from USP Type I, Class A 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass, meeting ASTM E438 standards. Every production lot includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documenting dimensional tolerances, hydrolytic class resistance, and thermal shock compliance.
Q2.What payment methods and purchasing terms do you support?
We accept all major commercial credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and direct wire transfers (ACH/SEPA). Qualified academic, governmental, and corporate accounts can apply for Net-30 purchase order terms via our contact portal.
Q3.How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) ship the same business day from our Wilmington, Delaware logistics facility via FedEx or UPS Ground. Expedited Overnight and 2-Day Air shipping options are available at checkout.
Q4.What is your policy on shipping freight and damaged goods?
All orders over $250 qualify for free standard freight within the contiguous United States. In the rare event of glassware damage during transit, photograph the outer carton and damaged pieces, and contact our team within 5 business days for an immediate replacement shipment or full credit refund.
Q5.Are the stoppers and crimp seals pre-sterilized?
Our chlorobutyl stoppers and aluminum seals are pre-washed with endotoxin-controlled deionized water and are validated for steam autoclave (121°C) and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization. Sterile syringe filters are packaged individually in peel-pack blister arrays.
Q6.How do volume pricing tiers work?
Discounts are automatically calculated at checkout based on total quantity per SKU. Case-tier and pallet-tier pricing starts at 5 and 10 units respectively. For custom standing orders exceeding 50+ cases, please submit a bulk quote request.
