Seus Ventures LLC collects business contact information, billing addresses, shipping coordinates, and transaction records necessary to execute commercial order fulfillment, issue invoices, and provide order tracking updates.
We do not store complete unencrypted payment card numbers on our servers. All credit card processing is handled directly by PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processors via tokenized sessions.
2. How We Use Collected Data
Collected information is utilized strictly to:
- Process, verify, and dispatch merchandise orders and generate bills of lading.
- Issue Certificates of Analysis and lot compliance documentation.
- Transmit transactional tracking numbers and freight carrier status notifications.
- Comply with tax reporting, export control, and audit compliance requirements.
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or monetize corporate customer lists. Data is shared exclusively with verified operational partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight carriers, payment processors, and cloud database infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements.
