1. Order Processing & Transit Times
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or observed national holidays will ship on the following business day.

All standard commercial ground orders exceeding $250.00 USD net merchandise total qualify for free freight within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and international territories are calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all unopened, factory-sealed cases and merchandise. If you need to initiate a return:
- Email support@seusventures.shop with your order number and SKU details.
- Receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-addressed shipping label.
- Upon warehouse receipt and quality inspection, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
4. Damaged or Discrepant Deliveries
Glassware and sensitive instruments are packaged with custom high-density cellular foam inserts. If any carton arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days of carrier delivery. We will immediately dispatch an expedited replacement at zero additional cost.
